Our Care Team
We recognise that domiciliary care is such a personal service and that consistency and continuity is very important. We work very hard to try and keep continuity at all times, where reasonably practicable. Some Service Users may become anxious at the thought of meeting new people and to have them come into their own home and personal space.
Therefore as a service we have an Introduction Policy. This means, a Juice Care member of staff will call you previous to you meeting your new carer and they will inform you of their name and experience and any other need to know information. Following this they will then be introduced to you along with another suitable member of staff in person, where reasonably practicable. We complete one of our own sign off forms to ensure this is done correctly to and to your satisfaction.
We take great care in recruiting, training, supporting, supervising and valuing our staff. We offer ongoing support and training and ensure that our staff team are happy within their work and have the level of commitment and dedication needed. We provide rewards and incentives to all our care staff and work hard to make them feel valued.
