As a Healthcare Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, holistic, person-centred care and support to individuals accessing the service. Working alongside other team members and volunteers, you will help ensure optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery for service users.

The Role

Supporting rehabilitation goals, strategies, and procedures.
Monitoring the physical and emotional wellbeing of clients and reporting changes to senior colleagues.
Assisting in maintaining morale through communication and engagement.
Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
Supporting a culture of choice in care delivery and enabling clients and their representatives to raise concerns freely.
Maintaining a safe working environment and respecting client confidentiality.
Occasionally taking on reasonable additional tasks as required.

About You

Proven experience working within a team is preferred.
Care delivery experience is an advantage.
Good communication, numeracy, literacy, and basic IT skills.
