The Role

Permanent role, Full Time
Monday to Friday – 9 till 5.30pm
Saturdays 1 in 4 – 9am to 1pm
Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses (discussed at interview)
Location: Wakefield and Pontefract areas
Must be able to drive and have own vehicle
Conduct accurate property valuations across the Wakefield and Pontefract areas.
Take precise measurements and high-quality photographs for use in property sales particulars.
Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on property valuations and market trends.
Work collaboratively within a team to support property sales and business growth.
Provide exceptional customer service, representing Richard Kendall Estate Agent’s values and standards.

About You

Experience: Proven experience in property valuation is essential.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Wakefield and Pontefract areas.
