Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth, at present they are looking for a well organised and efficient Accounts Manager with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.

Our client is one of the country’s leading utility consultancy specialists.

Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills as well as an ability to manage workload are essential.

The Role

  • To maintain the Gas, Electric, Water and Leads files
  • To communicate with prospective customers in respect of Gas/Electric/Water
  • To update details on the database
  • To produce termination letters as required
  • To answer telephone calls, take messages, send emails
  • To request information from suppliers as advised by colleagues, including Agents
  • To scan and copy documents, ensuring they are correctly filed both electronically and manually if necessary
  • To deal with tenders and quotes from suppliers, resulting in the preparation of costing spreadsheets/contracts for agents and clients
  • To assist in dealing with customer/supplier queries including objections/rejections, invoice/billing queries and COT’s
  • To assist other members of the team as and when required, with a view to learning more of their role and be able to help in times of holidays, sickness etc
  • To be part of the office administration team, dealing directly with electric/gas and water suppliers, supply costings/contracts and any other related duties as and when required

About You

  • Must have at least 1 years’ experience in working in a busy office and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Identify the minimum skills, knowledge and abilities required to competently perform the job duties
  • Good communication skills, especially when dealing with customers, suppliers, and agents on the phone, by email and in person
