The Role
- Control of the purchase ledger - Input of Purchase Invoices/credit notes onto Job costings cards & into Sage
- Weekly timesheet admin
- Keeping accurate mileage records for company vehicles
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Control of the sales ledger – preparation and issue of sales invoices (inc. Sub-contractor invoices)
- Accounts filing
- General office duties
About You
- Some experience working within a Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger role and knowledge of Sage 50. But this is a desirable as it can be trained
- IT literate
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Experience of using Microsoft office, particularly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
