The Role

  • Control of the purchase ledger - Input of Purchase Invoices/credit notes onto Job costings cards & into Sage
  • Weekly timesheet admin
  • Keeping accurate mileage records for company vehicles
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Control of the sales ledger – preparation and issue of sales invoices (inc. Sub-contractor invoices)
  • Accounts filing
  • General office duties

About You

  • Some experience working within a Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger role and knowledge of Sage 50. But this is a desirable as it can be trained
  • IT literate
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience of using Microsoft office, particularly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
