The Role

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Drive performance improvements and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all project sites.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including valuations, invoices, and reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure materials and resources.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage the defect rectification process during handovers.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A leader with the ability to inspire and coordinate teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• An individual with excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in industry regulations and health and safety protocols.
• Willingness to primarily work in the Yorkshire area, with occasional travel and overnight stays when required.
• SMSTS qualification is essential.
• Extensive experience in construction project management or building services.
• Background in carpentry, joinery, or hands-on construction roles (desirable).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Qualifications in Building Studies, Construction or related fields.
