Assessor Scheduler

Juice Personnel are currently working with a well-established company, who are seeking an Assessor Scheduler.

The Assessor Scheduler will work both autonomously and as part of a two-person team to schedule assessment visits within a geographical region.

The Role

  • Work to business revenue generation targets, monitored daily, including the number of jobs attended and assessor productivity.
  • Manage your area of work in progress (WIP) daily, ensuring each job is followed up with notes.
  • Handle visit request calls and emails from Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Schedule appointments for a team of assessors, maximising productivity by analysing skills, location, and KPIs for each job.
  • Record assessor downtime on appropriate documents, and discuss regularly with the Assessor Manager.
  • Highlight issues to the Assessor Manager to minimise downtime and maximise performance.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent updates of system databases.

About You

  • Educated to at least GCSE level, with 3 x A-C passes, 2 of which must be in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in a scheduling role.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly reprioritise and follow customer SLA requirements.
  • Capable of following timelines and extracting relevant data quickly, recognising and understanding previous visit history.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Methodical approach to workload with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure while targeting backlogs and working to lists.
  • Team player who can work autonomously.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to introduce preventative actions.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and driven.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
  • Flexible approach to work and working hours.
