Back-end Website Developer

Juice Personnel Ltd are excited to be recruiting Back-end Website Developer for our client a Full-Service Digital Agency, based in Leeds.
 
Working as part of our core team, you’ll have an active involvement in projects while taking an active role in training and development.

You will code websites and applications that function well for the end user, while working alongside others to set the standards and best practices for the development team.

You’ll be involved in delivering bespoke development projects alongside out team of front-end and back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and marketers.

The Role

  • Managing your own deadlines
  • Contributing to the team in terms of new technologies and coding standards
  • Improving the overall standard of coding within the company
  • Maintaining servers

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development
  • Strong proficiency in the Laravel framework (or similar)
  • Proven experience with Twig/Vue and JavaScript/jQuery for back-end development
  • Familiarity with WHM/cPanel for server management
  • Command line proficiency for efficient development and troubleshooting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality code and successful projects
  • Experience with WordPress and/or an e-commerce platform would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
