Juice are delighted to be working with a brand new client who are based on the lovely grounds of Nostell Estate and who have been in business for over 20 years.

Due to growth, this is a brand new opportunity within the business and would suit either level entry administrators or people who are looking for the next step up within their admin careers.

The Role

  • Managing incoming emails and forwarding on to the relevant person
  • Answering the telephone in a polite and courteous manner, assisting where possible and directing where needed
  • Filing both manually and electronically
  • Providing excellent levels of customer service
  • Providing customer reports on request
  • Adhering to health and safety measures and reporting any areas of concern
  • Ordering office consumables where necessary

About You

  • Self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task and offer support and help to team members when needed
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A flexible approach to work
