The Role
- Huddersfield – Office based role
- Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: £24k
- Hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hour week
- Parking is very limited on site as it is just off the high street so easy to get to.
- Take initial detailed client enquiries, liaise with clients via telephone/email or face to face.
- Undertake administrative tasks such as opening new client files, undertaking ID checks,
- Inputting case information onto the team’s case management system, archiving files, photocopying and scanning.
- Assisting the support team to prepare bundles for Counsel, Court and medical experts.
- The ability to work alongside fee earners and have a sound understanding of the legal priorities and procedures.
About You
- Have a confident, courteous and professional telephone manner.
- Preferably you will be familiar with the Proclaim case management system and have sound user knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent keyboard skills.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, be a team person who is pro-active.
- Presentable and smart attire due to the nature of the business.
