The primary function of this role is to provide expert support in conveyancing matters, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the process. The role requires effective communication with clients and collaboration with various internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

The Role

  • Permanent role – Full time
  • Part-time working patterns will be considered
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p/a DOE
  • Location: Hybrid remote in Wakefield
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Case Handling: Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed and updated on progress, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and support each other in delivering outstanding client service.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the conveyancing process, proactively seeking solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Care: Uphold the firm’s commitment to client care by adapting approaches to meet individual client requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant regulations and industry changes, ensuring that all conveyancing activities comply with current legal standards.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in conveyancing fee earning (required).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling legal documents and client information.
  • Client-Centricity: Demonstrates a focus on client satisfaction and consistently seeks to exceed expectations.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and open to change, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
