Digital Marketing Executive

A creative and close-knit advertising agency with over 30 years of experience is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.

You’ll manage and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns, including PPC, Google Display Network, Meta Ads, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to work on automotive and retail clients while learning from experienced team members.

The Role

Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & other platforms
Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards
Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner
Manage budgets independently, improving ROAS and CPA
Carry out A/B testing with VWO, Optimizely or similar tools
Manage social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X/Twitter
Create content assets (graphics, emails, digital imagery) where required
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on budget

About You

2–5 years’ experience in paid media, PPC or digital marketing campaigns
Google Ads Certification (Search, Display & Video)
Meta Blueprint Certification
Confident using GA4, Tag Manager & Looker Studio
Proven improvements to ROAS/CPA and cross-channel strategy
Strong creative and analytical skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Office-based full-time in Wakefield
Nice to Have:
TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads Certification
Experience with B2B marketing campaigns
Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or bespoke) and basic HTML/CSS
