Facilities coordinator

Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth. At present, they are looking for a hands-on Facilities Coordinator to help around an award-winning coworking and meeting venue based just five minutes from junction 39 off the M1 Motorway and minutes from the M62 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
This serviced office space belongs to our client, a thriving Publicity, Advertising, and Brand agency that currently occupies the lower floor of the building.

The modern building includes two luxurious meeting rooms, both equipped with 65-inch interactive SMARTboard TVs, high-spec furniture, and luxurious interiors. There are also two spacious private offices, twelve hot desks, and plenty of zoom-friendly workspaces. Other facilities include a kitchen and dining room and comfortable spaces for breakouts and relaxation

The Role

Cleaning and setup of meeting rooms and office space
Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
Light housekeeping work, vacuuming, keeping all work areas clean, and dust control in all areas
Garbage monitoring and removal
General upkeep of storage areas
React to any dangers, near misses, or hazards
Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Adhere to all health and safety policies and guidelines
Other duties as assigned

About You

Working knowledge of office equipment
Previous cleaning experience is preferred
Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
