Family Law Paralegal
Juice Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Family Law Paralegal.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop lifelong skills, and work on important family law cases. You will be given real responsibility, and the chance to grow and learn in a dynamic office environment. The role would be to support the Family Law Solicitor in a brand new office location for the firm.

The Role
- Researching for family legal cases
- Preparing legal documents
- Handling confidential client or case information
- Creating reports for Solicitors based on case specifications
- Conducting interviews with clients and providing them with legal information
- Monitoring changes to government guidelines or regulations and submitting reports on pertinent changes
- Contacting courts to obtain evidence and transcripts
- Going to court when necessary
- Organising legal files
- Undertaking general office work and administration for the Family Law Solicitors
About You
- Worked in a law firm before around Family Law
- Excellent communication skills. Written and verbal
- A team player with the ability to maintain great client relationships.
- Strong client care skills with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
- A positive attitude with the initiative to go above and beyond.
- Flexibility to adapt and work in a new office environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using legal database software
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
