This role is responsible for leading the HR function, providing HR support across the employee lifecycle, and embedding a high-performance, engaged culture.

The Role

Lead and manage the HR & Business Support function, including resource planning and performance measurement
Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers
Manage employee relations and support change initiatives
Coach, train, and develop people managers and team members
Maintain people data, analytics, and HR systems
Drive continuous improvement in HR and business support processes
Create and embed a customer-focused, high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

About You

Proven experience in an HR Operations or People management role in a fast-paced business
Generalist HR knowledge, ideally supporting multi-disciplined teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident advising managers and senior leaders
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High confidentiality and integrity
Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
Competent in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems
Desirable:
CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
Experience supporting hybrid teams
Change management experience
Business support or office management experience
