The Role

Role will include using IT solutions to update the systems, and HR systems such as Sage /E-days
To provide an efficient, accurate and professional HR service to the business
Be the first point of contact for managers and employees
Deal with internal and external customer requests/queries whilst maintaining security and confidentiality of information
Manage and run the recruitment process

About You

Previous experience in a HR role
CIPD Level 3 qualification
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised and detail orientated
A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Good team worker but able to work autonomously
Self-motivated, pro-active, adaptable
Customer focus - ‘no problem’ mentality
