Inside Sales Representative – UK & Spain

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Representative – UK & Spain to join a high-performing European sales team. This role is perfect for an ambitious, driven and goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident communicating in both English and Spanish.

Our client based in Ossett near Wakefield have a vision to create the world’s most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health – physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and active recovery – into a seamless interactive experience. They develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey. 

As an Inside Sales Representative – UK & Spain, you will handle inbound enquiries, conduct outbound campaigns, convert leads into qualified opportunities and play a key role in driving new business sales. You’ll play a critical role in generating new business sales and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

The Role

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails and web chats from customers
  • Follow up on leads and nurture long-term opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calling and email campaigns to generate interest
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Work with UK and Spanish customers on a daily basis

About You

  • Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or inside sales
  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident working with CRM tools and Google applications
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Desirable but not essential:
  • B2C or DTC sales experience
  • FMCG or manufacturing sales background
  • Knowledge of full sales cycle and pipeline management
