Juice Personnel are currently working with a well-established company who are seeking a Group IT Infrastructure Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a busy Group IT team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across a group of companies. You will play a key role in delivering infrastructure and network changes within both physical and virtual environments, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The Role

  • Providing professional and efficient 1st and 2nd line technical support
  • Assisting in infrastructure and desktop projects to support the strategic roadmap
  • Maintaining and developing LAN and WAN infrastructure
  • Supporting the IT Helpdesk, ensuring service levels are met
  • Ensuring cyber security procedures are followed to reduce risk
  • Promoting secure use of IT systems for efficiency improvements
  • Supporting the Group Azure environment, including policy management
  • Contributing to the delivery of the Group-wide IT infrastructure strategy

About You

  • Office 365 configuration and administration
  • 2nd/3rd Line IT Support, Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience
  • Microsoft Server support and administration
  • Azure Virtual Services (VMs, VPN, consumption management)
  • Endpoint security and management
  • Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • PowerShell scripting
  • TCP/IP networking, including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, Firewalls
  • Firewall management and cyber security awareness
  • Technical documentation skills
