The Role

Full time / Permanent role
Location: Huddersfield HD1 with travel to Pontefract (company car provided if required)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (with 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm)
Salary up to £25 000 p/a DOE + commission
Managing a portfolio of properties across Huddersfield and Pontefract.
Conducting viewings, property inspections, inventories, final checks, and market appraisals.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with landlords and tenants via email and phone.
Resolving property-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Supporting the success of the business by providing exceptional property management services.

About You

Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
A proactive, hands-on approach with resilience and determination.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
Presentation, personality, and the drive to succeed are essential.
A valid driving licence is required for travel between locations.
