The Role

  • Developing innovative social media strategies to boost follower growth and engagement across various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Managing SEO efforts to improve the visibility and ranking of our website, ensuring it reaches the right audience and drives targeted traffic.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Creating high-quality, engaging, and creative content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and email campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • Utilising Google Analytics and other digital tools to track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactively contributing to the development of strategic market planning initiatives to enhance brand positioning and growth in a competitive marketplace.
  • Conducting thorough market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and potential threats, helping to refine marketing strategies accordingly.

About You

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Relevant degree or apprenticeship desired but not essential).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO tools, and CMS.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for creativity and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative team player, enthusiastic about contributing to strategic marketing initiatives and working in a fast-paced environment.
