Marketing Coordinator

An amazing opportunity has landed at Juice HQ to work with our client, who are based in Batley.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Production Manager in managing the entire production process, from initiation through to completion.

This position demands a meticulous individual with a comprehensive understanding of print and production workflows, coupled with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to operate autonomously. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and adept at handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Marketing Material Coordination
  • Support Planning & Execution: Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring schedules and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Print & Production Oversight
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards by overseeing the quality control process for all materials.
  • Material Production: Manage the printing and production of various marketing items, including brochures, leaflets, and POS materials.
  • Press Advertising: Coordinate weekly press advertising, ensuring studio briefings and schedules are managed for timely submissions.
  • Project Management
  • Multi-Project Handling: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all aspects on track.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and prevent shortages.
  • Negotiation: Handle pricing and timeline negotiations to ensure outsourced production meets quality and delivery standards.
  • Administrative Support
  • Documentation: Prepare and process orders, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
  • Records Maintenance: Keep production files and records well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Budget Assistance: Help with tracking budgets and managing costs for production projects.
  • Process Improvement
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency.

About You

  • Experience: Over a year in marketing, with a solid foundation in print and offline marketing.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of print production processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Independence: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
