The Role
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + up to 10% annual profit-related bonus
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: Castleford (WF10 area) – full-time office-based (flexibility for the right person)
- Working as part of a close-knit Marketing team, the successful candidate will support two major UK sites and collaborate across internal departments and external partners to execute impactful marketing strategies.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for both digital and physical channels (social media, CRM, email, web, print, blog, etc.)
- Develop clear strategies alongside the Marketing Manager to attract new business and retain existing customers.
- Collaborate with business development and buyer services teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets for non-sale events and initiatives to engage customers.
- Create and analyse data reports to identify trends and present findings internally and externally.
- Manage content across all social media platforms and explore new channels for campaign expansion.
- Work on campaigns aimed at achieving industry award nominations in 2025/26.
- Plan and execute local B2C marketing initiatives to support expansion.
About You
- 2–3 years of marketing experience (B2B, automotive, or events marketing a plus)
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a strong understanding of marketing events and customer journeys
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A flair for design and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An outgoing and confident personality — comfortable being a visible brand ambassador
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent), ideally in Media, Marketing or IT
- Comfortable analysing performance data and using tools to monitor KPIs
