National Sales Manager
Juice personnel are working with an amazing company based in Brighouse. They are now looking for an ambitious and strong-willed National Sales Manager.
Role that involves full P&L responsibility and leadership of the Industrial Sales team. The goal is to achieve the delivery of budgeted sales and net profit figures.
This will be accomplished by efficiently and effectively utilising the personnel and resources within the organisation to advance key strategic objectives.
The role also requires the individual to support and develop colleagues in a collaborative manner, aligned with the Company’s mission and values.
Additionally, the individual will play a key role in driving the strategic direction and development of the business, strengthening the company’s unique areas, and enhancing its market differentiation.

The Role
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector.
- Profitable Sales Growth: Work with internal and external teams to deliver sales growth.
- Business Planning: Set goals with the team and track key activities to achieve targets.
- Product Range Development: Collaborate with Marketing & Technical teams for product development.
- Team Development: Coach and support the sales team to reach business targets and foster a positive approach.
- Collaboration: Work with various business departments to strengthen the company’s position and market differentiation.
About You
- Experience: Previous experience in the Industrial lubricant sector or similar B2B markets.
- People Management: Strong leadership abilities in motivating and developing teams.
- Technical Skills: Computer literacy (Microsoft packages, sales software), highly numerate, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Driving Licence: Required for the role.
