Juice are working with a well-established financial company based in Leeds. A new opportunity has been created for a Network Support Manager to support and develop the network, particularly through onboarding and the early growth phase.

The Role

Full Time, Permanent role
Location – Leeds- Garforth
Garforth (Hybrid with occasional UK travel)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (Mon–Thu 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–4pm)
Pay: OTE of £45 to £50k – Salary to be discussed on application
Free Parking on site
Support and develop ARs within the network
Provide mentoring, training and performance support
Assist with onboarding new ARs
Work closely with internal teams across operations and finance
Attend UK events, trade shows and training sessions when required
Spot growth opportunities and promote best practices
Report progress to senior leadership

About You

Background in commercial finance or lending
Understanding of the broker market and AR model
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confident delivering support and training
Commercially minded and proactive
Motivated by helping others succeed
