The Role
- Manage and optimise client ad accounts across multiple platforms
- Develop and implement targeted online advertising strategies
- Conduct keyword research, optimise targeting, and create engaging ad content
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling social media advertisements
- Support the production of user-generated content (UGC) for consumer brands
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in PPC/SEM
- Drive initiatives for conversion rate optimisation
- Serve as a key point of contact in client meetings
- Prepare detailed reports demonstrating campaign performance, growth, and ROI
- Research and integrate the latest marketing technologies and trends
About You
- Full Driving License (A car will be necessary for travel to Melton office and client meetings)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing Google Ads and social media advertising
- Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive ROI and maximise the effectiveness of advertising spend
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads and Meta ad platforms
- Strategic thinker with the capability to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns
- Experience in budget management and performance optimisation
- Agency experience is preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with conversion tracking methods
- Experience with TikTok, Spotify, or Reddit ads is advantageous
