Juice Personnel are working with a well-established construction company who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

The Role

Temporary role – up to 12 months (Maternity Cover)
Pay £12.50 p/h
Part time hours – 16 to 20 hours a week, and can be covered flexible over the days that work best for the candidate too
Location: Ossett – office Based
Answer incoming telephone calls from clients and suppliers, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant members of the office team.
Update in-house CRM database with new enquiries and ensure accurate data collation.
Follow up on sales leads to generate new potential enquiries.
Formulate material orders and send them to our supply chain when required.
Provide administrative support across various departments as needed.

About You

Previous experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
