Juice Personnel are working with a well-established construction company who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

The Role
- Temporary role – up to 12 months (Maternity Cover)
- Pay £12.50 p/h
- Part time hours – 16 to 20 hours a week, and can be covered flexible over the days that work best for the candidate too
- Location: Ossett – office Based
- Answer incoming telephone calls from clients and suppliers, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant members of the office team.
- Update in-house CRM database with new enquiries and ensure accurate data collation.
- Follow up on sales leads to generate new potential enquiries.
- Formulate material orders and send them to our supply chain when required.
- Provide administrative support across various departments as needed.
About You
- Previous experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
