You will be introduced to their existing portfolio of products and services and will work alongside the company directors to help create and deliver a strategy to execute their ambitious growth plan.

The Role

  • Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Initiate contact, pitch partnership opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
  • Work with the creative team to write compelling copy for the website, sales brochures and sponsorship decks to maximise sales.
  • Build strong client relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver on partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor partnership success using KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Oversee budgets related to partnership programs and ensure cost-effective collaboration.
  • Track sales progress and keep our CRM system up to date.
  • Follow up leads and enquiries and develop an efficient sales workflow so opportunities are not missed.
  • Identify and generate new opportunities to expand our client base through networking events and social media.
  • Pitch to high-net-worth clients or corporate businesses, confidently negotiate and close the sale.
  • Meet client goals and expectations.
  • Provide weekly and regular updates at team meetings.
  • Show case activity, business won and prospect pipelines.
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Support the Leadership Team, and other employees from time to time on various projects.
