Parts & Engineering Administrator

Juice Personnel Ltd. are excited to be recruiting a Parts & Engineering Administrator for our client, who are a well-respected and recognised multi-national organisation with their UK operation based in spacious, well-presented modern offices in Ossett.
 

They are a well-known Global Brand that takes pride in supplying high-end Fitness and Lifestyle products for the Home Fitness market, both directly through their own websites as well as via a network of popular UK retailers and distributors.

This is a permanent position suitable for candidates that are looking for a long-term stable position. It is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain grassroots experience and knowledge of businesses operating in the fitness equipment / retail sectors and warehousing / logistics.

The Role

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from internal departments and third-party service Engineers
  • Supporting our Customer Service team with enquiries and resolution of problems
  • Raising parts orders
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house CRM software
  • Liaising with third-party warehousing and carriers to ensure all parts orders are processed in accordance with customer’s requirements
  • Liaising with our third-party engineering service providers
  • Provision of product and technical information
  • General administration

About You

  • Good team players
  • Able to work in a demanding environment
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The position requires good product and technical knowledge for which training will be provided
  • Good keyboard skills
  • A good standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail and Google sheets

  • The ability to adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
