Project Administrator

The company were established in November 2019. They install commercial solar, and EV charging infrastructure throughout the UK. This person will be based in the operations office in Horbury reporting to the Operations Manager and will assist the Project Managers in coordinating installation works.

The Role

  • The handover of paperwork from sales to operations
  • Keeping process paperwork and electronic filing up to date
  • Ordering equipment for site e.g. skips and welfare units
  • Hiring of equipment and keeping track of hired in plant for each site
  • Printing of site information for operatives
  • General admin duties and inputting data onto Apps and Systems

About You

  • This is an entry level role, no previous experience is necessary as full training will be given. This position is a great opening for someone to come in at junior level and grow with the company. There will be lots of opportunity for training and career development in this role for the right candidate
  • A good level of IT skills are essential especially in using Outlook and Excell. Also if someone had experience in a construction office that would be desirable
