Project Co-Ordinator
organised and efficient Project Coordinator with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. The main purpose of the role is to support Project teams with completion of schemes within allotted timescales/deadlines, deal with queries, issues and problems and escalate to correct if necessary.
Ensure any equipment and materials are on site as and when needed.
Our client is a leading complete solution provider of M&E, Store fitting, Construction Management and Asset Replacement within the retail and commercial sectors based in Wakefield area.
Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills as well as an ability to manage workload are essential.

The Role
- Ensure trackers are up to date and issue when requested
- Update planners and calendar
- Placing orders for goods and services on behalf of Project Managers
- Managing SAGE order process relating to department
- Collate timesheets by Tuesday 12pm and verify on portal
- Creating bookings for travel
- Printing drawings
- General admin duties for department
About You
- Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Proven experience of using Microsoft Office including spreadsheets, databases, and document management
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and prioritization skills
- Highly proactive, Organised, accurate and efficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
- Training/Progression within the role as below for systems and career path;
