The Role
- To provide a professional friendly face in the reception area
- Greet all visitors
- Answer calls professionally and efficiently transferto the correct individual
- Provide support to all members of staff for office matters
- Provide admin support to the New Business team
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Organise and distribute all stationery orders for IP wealth management
- New Business support including posting or emailing all letters to providers to request information, scan and save all client information on to inhouse system, and chasing outstanding information as and when requested
