Juice personnel are working with an amazing company based in Wakefield. They are now looking for a dynamic and efficient Recruitment Advisor who can help with their recruitment needs working alongside the HR Team and Operational and Service managers.

The Role

  • Posting job vacancies using HR systems and job boards
  • Working with services to shortlist candidates and arrange interviews
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies to support recruitment and ensuring appropriate contracts are in place
  • Supporting administration of all offer letters, pre-employment checks, and employment contracts
  • Acting as first point of contact for applicants, and internal hiring managers
  • Completing administrative tasks for the recruitment function, including completion of reports.

About You

  • Previous experience working on a HR/Recruitment information/IT system/database
  • Relevant experience of working within a customer service role with relevant communication skills
  • Previous experience of producing reports/statistical based information
  • Experience of rolling out recruitment strategy, coupled with new and creative ideas to attract talent in to the organisation
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law in relation to recruitment, Equality Act etc.
  • Good level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as Recruitment IT systems
  • Strong partnership skills including the ability to champion new approaches and influence others to participate in new projects
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver results 
  • Highly organised with ability to manage competing demands, high workloads and to prioritise workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to develop strong internal and external working relationships
  • An excellent communicator, who is creative and confident when speaking in public with excellent facilitation and coaching skills
  • Ability to produce accurate and concise reports, KPI data and management information as required
  • Ability to work without close supervision as well as being an effective team member
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Ability to travel to various locations and stay overnight when required
  • Driving licence
