Relationship Manager – Asset Finance
Juice are working with a well-established financial company who have been working with us for several years.
Our client is seeking a diligent and organised Relationship Manager to join the Operations team. With a background in Asset finance, this is a MUST for this particular role.
The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our client’s appointed representative network, addressing enquiries and structuring asset finance opportunities for presentation to the lender panel. From securing approval, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deal through to drawdown, liaising with the client, the appointed representative (AR), and the lender.

The Role
- Full Time, Permanent role
- Location - Selby
- Working from the office 3 days a week, 2 days hybrid ,
- Monday to Thursday 9 till 5 and till 4.00pm on a Friday
- Salary: £30 to £35k DOE plus individual and team bonus - OTE of over £50k
- Structuring and executing lending transactions for asset finance and unsecured loan business
- Responding to general enquiries from the appointed representative network
- Maintaining regular communication with the lender panel to build and strengthen relationships
- Participating in regular internal meetings to enhance and refine product knowledge
- Managing a personal pipeline of enquiries and lending cases
- Attending internal operational forums
- Supporting the Brokerplan network by upskilling introducers in deal structuring
- Sourcing direct deals to be handled in-house
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' asset finance experience working in a banking or brokerage environment within asset finance
- Credit Analysis skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to attend networking meetings and gain new business
- Previous experience of managing a client base or placing asset finance business
- Experience of using a CRM system to manage a deal pipeline
- Strong organisational skills
- Working knowledge of the unsecured loan market (for ltd companies)
- Ability to work to targets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Desirable:
- Existing network of 3rd party introducers / suppliers
- Demonstrable experience of utilising a network to create and manage a commercial finance deal pipeline
