Sales Account Manager

Juice are working with a great client, who are looking for a Sales Account Manager to work alongside the rest of the sales team of around 4/5 members. The office is all open plan and the team work well together.

Our client, offers extensive in-house printing capabilities, which include: Printing Techniques: UV Litho, Screen/POS, Large Format UV Digital, and Small Format Digital (with long sheet feeder). Print Coatings: UV Varnish, Silver Latex, Heat n Reveal, Scratch n Sniff, etc. Promotional Garments: Embroidery and Heat Transfer machines. Finishing Equipment: Digital CAD Cutting, Folding, Die Cutting, Embossing, Foil Blocking, Wire Stitching, Perfect Binding, Collating, and Wiro Binding.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and handle their needs.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, particularly in the print industry.
  • Hands-on experience in sales with an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An active, current database of clients in the print industry.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
