Juice Personnel are working with a long-term client within the Wakefield area, to work for a specialist role within the Construction industry.
Supporting the sales team, this stand alone admin role is a key position and the ideal person will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment!

The Role
- Processing sales orders
- Maintaining customer records on the CRM system
- Updating quotes and also giving feedback on unsuccessful quotes
- Chasing clients for their acceptance on quotations provided from the sales team
- Email and telephone work is required for this role
About You
- An exceptional telephone manner
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and pro-active
- Clear, confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of building relationships with clients
