The Role

  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide support to the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain CRM systems and customer databases.
  • Manage and process sales contracts.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in business development through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor sales pipeline.
  • Generate sales reports for team review.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and gather insights.
  • Create and edit content for various marketing channels.
  • Logistics Support:
  • Coordinate logistics for specimen shipments to the Dubai lab.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners.
  • Liaise with clients and teams on timelines and paperwork.
  • Reporting: Contribute to team performance reporting on KPIs, providing actionable insights

About You

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction, compliance, or logistics.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and experienced in CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
