The Role

Administrative Support:
Provide support to the Business Development Manager.
Maintain CRM systems and customer databases.
Manage and process sales contracts.
Sales Support:
Assist in business development through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor sales pipeline.
Generate sales reports for team review.
Marketing Support:
Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and gather insights.
Create and edit content for various marketing channels.
Logistics Support:
Coordinate logistics for specimen shipments to the Dubai lab.
Manage relationships with logistics partners.
Liaise with clients and teams on timelines and paperwork.
Reporting: Contribute to team performance reporting on KPIs, providing actionable insights

About You

Experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction, compliance, or logistics.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and experienced in CRM systems.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
