Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth, at present they are looking for a well organised and efficient Sales Order Processor with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
Our client is one of the country’s leading Energy Efficient Doors & Windows experts.

Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills as well as an ability to manage workload are essential.

The Role

To deal with customers on a daily basis via email, telephone and face to face
To deliver excellent customer service
To liaise with suppliers via email and telephone and assist with any further help required.
To liaise with other colleagues and ensure orders are processed correctly and are on time.
To check the emails regularly throughout the day and deal with any enquires or issues that come in within 24hrs
Carry out routine clerical support in the office, faxing, scanning, photocopying etc
Creating invoices and taking payments
Chasing outstanding balances

About You

Must have at least 1 years’ experience in working in a busy office and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to work to tight deadlines
Good communication skills, especially when dealing with customers, suppliers, and agents on the phone, by email and in person
Have a good level of processing window orders and quotes in the window industry
Good knowledge of the window/ uPVC industry
