Sales Order Processor
Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth, at present they are looking for a well organised and efficient Sales Order Processor with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
Our client is one of the country’s leading Energy Efficient Doors & Windows experts.
Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills as well as an ability to manage workload are essential.

The Role
- To deal with customers on a daily basis via email, telephone and face to face
- To deliver excellent customer service
- To liaise with suppliers via email and telephone and assist with any further help required.
- To liaise with other colleagues and ensure orders are processed correctly and are on time.
- To check the emails regularly throughout the day and deal with any enquires or issues that come in within 24hrs
- Carry out routine clerical support in the office, faxing, scanning, photocopying etc
- Creating invoices and taking payments
- Chasing outstanding balances
About You
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience in working in a busy office and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, especially when dealing with customers, suppliers, and agents on the phone, by email and in person
- Have a good level of processing window orders and quotes in the window industry
- Good knowledge of the window/ uPVC industry
