Sales Order Processor

Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth, at present they are looking for a well organised and efficient Sales Order Processor with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
Our client is one of the country’s leading Energy Efficient Doors & Windows experts.

Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills as well as an ability to manage workload are essential.



The Role

  • To deal with customers on a daily basis via email, telephone and face to face
  • To deliver excellent customer service
  • To liaise with suppliers via email and telephone and assist with any further help required.
  • To liaise with other colleagues and ensure orders are processed correctly and are on time.
  • To check the emails regularly throughout the day and deal with any enquires or issues that come in within 24hrs
  • Carry out routine clerical support in the office, faxing, scanning, photocopying etc
  • Creating invoices and taking payments
  • Chasing outstanding balances

About You

  • Must have at least 1 years’ experience in working in a busy office and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, especially when dealing with customers, suppliers, and agents on the phone, by email and in person
  • Have a good level of processing window orders and quotes in the window industry
  • Good knowledge of the window/ uPVC industry
