With a strong reputation for providing exceptional service to clients, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Insurance Broker to join their expanding team.

The Role

Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including SME, mid-market, and larger cases (£100k+ premiums).
Support senior executives and contribute to the development of best practices across the business.
Handle multiple classes of insurance including liability, property, business interruption, fleet, and contract works.
Negotiate effectively with insurers to obtain the best possible terms and cover for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

About You

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial broking role.
Proven experience handling larger, more complex commercial cases.
Strong working knowledge of Acturis.
Exceptional broking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Cert CII essential, DIP preferred.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ambition to make an impact in a growing business
