The Role

  • Monday to Friday – Hybrid model (working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office) very flexible
  • Salary £25 000 to £35 000 per annum (DOE)
  • Bonus up to 5% annual salary per annum paid before Christmas
  • Location: Huddersfield & Halifax
  • Several roles are available at present for expansion
  • You will be part of the team responsible for a variety of different administration tasks to support advisers and provide an exceptional level of support to their valued clients
  • You will answer the telephone and deal with queries from clients
  • Arrange client appointments, preparing portfolio summaries and fund analysis reports prior to meetings
  • Liaise with financial services companies to obtain client information and valuations
  • Submit new business applications in line with regulatory standards

About You

  • Must have worked in a St James Place based role before
  • A proactive, logical, and driven individual with the ability to use their initiative to help navigate through diverse and often complex administrative responsibilities
  • This is an interesting and busy role that would suit an outgoing and confident candidate who enjoys using their initiative and who has a genuine ‘can do’ working style
  • You will have good communication skills and will be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
  • You will have strong verbal, written and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter, able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • You will be keen to learn more about the fast-paced world of Financial Services and recognise the opportunity within this role to progress and develop your knowledge through inhouse Training Programme
  • You will already have minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role
  • An education at ‘A’ level standard
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Sound understanding of Financial Services products
  • Financial Services related qualifications (CII preferably)
