Senior Marketing Executive

Juice Personnel Ltd are excited to be recruiting Senior Marketing Executive for our client who are based in Leeds.
Working alongside company founder as a strategic adviser, the purpose of the Senior Marketing Executive is to plan, execute and deliver successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will therefore be responsible for setting the strategic marketing direction, raising brand awareness and reputation, building relationships and increasing revenue for both the Company and its clients.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering KPIs using various marketing channels including socials, emails, SEO & PPC across a busy range of clients, while providing direction and staff up-skilling to ensure the marketing team deliver on set standards.

The role holder is accountable for keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques and reporting methods. Additionally, ensuring the services provided are delivered in an efficient manner, leveraging content and tools, and maximising productivity through streamlined processes.

The Role

  • Create and pitch presentations to new and existing clients
  • Support delivery of agency growth strategy
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet the company’s marketing objectives and KPIs
  • Pro-actively seek the best marketing channels and sub-channels to achieve campaign goals
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and a positive ROI
  • Document meeting minutes and create clear actionable points in follow-ups
  • Update internal project management software, assigning tasks and deadlines where appropriate
  • Build audience profiles and decide on the best marketing channels to communicate with them
  • Create and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, engaging with the audience, and promoting brand awareness
  • Research and create effective and engaging content for social media campaigns
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing for optimal engagement
  • Write regular, engaging blogs and newsletters for company and its clients
  • Actively build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues to ensure successful delivery of campaign messaging and client strategy
  • Work alongside the marketing team to ensure delivery of KPIs across all channels including SEO & PPC, and take restorative measures where appropriate to ensure team alignment
  • Pro-actively support the company Director with ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure account KPIs are achieved across all channels for all clients
  • Deliver insightful, data-led reports and present results to stakeholders
  • Manage marketing calendars, ensuring all deadlines are achieved and scheduling is kept up-to-date
  • Handle client requests in a professional and polite manner, in line with values
  • Supervise and guide junior digital marketing team members, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations
  • Actively seek new revenue streams from existing clients
  • Take ownership of external print portals ensuring specifications are met and delivered promptly
  • Take a wider responsibility of company projects and chair team meetings
  • Provide leadership and support to marketing team
  • Manage performance development and appraisals
  • Deploy staff in a way which maximises capabilities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff
  • Effectively identify and contribute to learning and development opportunities
  • Contribute to the recruitment, appointment and induction of new staff
  • Suggest and deliver new marketing methods with sign-off from Company Director(s)

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation
  • Proven track record of successful engagement in client meetings and building strong, lasting relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content performance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing a high level of professionalism
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into impactful content
