The Role
- Managing service design and route optimisation projects
- Leading client relationships alongside our account managers
- Managing technical resources within the team
- Maintaining project documentation including project plan and RAID
- Regular client liaison, inc. progress updates and risk management
- Continuous improvement of processes and outputs
- Regular highlight reports to project board and senior management team
About You
- Some experience of municipal waste collection, routing software or service redesign or similar environment (e.g. utilities, field service)
- Flexible working hours
- Full driving licence
- Availability to travel to customer sites UK wide as required
