The Role
- Permanent Role:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
- Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per annum
- Location: Bradford – Office Based only role
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of field engineers and subcontractors
- Liaise with service engineers to ensure work is booked, prioritised and completed efficiently
- Handle urgent call-outs and adjust planning accordingly
- Coordinate with the spares and quotations function within the service department
- Maintain service schedules and handle all associated administration
- Work collaboratively within a small service team (5 engineers + 2 subcontractors)
- Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers and internal teams
- Use internal CRM and planning systems (Salesforce, Exact, Produflex) and be comfortable navigating MS Office/Excel
- Assist in quoting for equipment and service maintenance contracts
- Provide cover and support across the service and spares functions as required
About You
- Previous experience in a planning or service coordination role (3+ years preferred)
- Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with customers
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changeable environment
- Mature, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and dependable work ethic
- Confident using IT systems, including Excel and internal CRMs
- Comfortable working within a small, self-sufficient UK-based team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
