Juice Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Planner.

The Role

Permanent Role:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per annum
Location: Bradford – Office Based only role
Manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of field engineers and subcontractors
Liaise with service engineers to ensure work is booked, prioritised and completed efficiently
Handle urgent call-outs and adjust planning accordingly
Coordinate with the spares and quotations function within the service department
Maintain service schedules and handle all associated administration
Work collaboratively within a small service team (5 engineers + 2 subcontractors)
Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers and internal teams
Use internal CRM and planning systems (Salesforce, Exact, Produflex) and be comfortable navigating MS Office/Excel
Assist in quoting for equipment and service maintenance contracts
Provide cover and support across the service and spares functions as required

About You

Previous experience in a planning or service coordination role (3+ years preferred)
Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with customers
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changeable environment
Mature, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and dependable work ethic
Confident using IT systems, including Excel and internal CRMs
Comfortable working within a small, self-sufficient UK-based team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
