Our client, the market leader in building energy performance, sustainability, and compliance to the construction industry. Is seeking a well organised to provide general administrative support to our operations team on our inhouse CRM system and client portal.
Whilst also assisting our Business Analyst with the maintenance and day to day running of the company systems.

The Role
- To work with managers and the wider admin team to provide excellent levels of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Assist the Business Analyst in managing and maintaining our internal CRM system
- Extract, organise, and analyse data to generate various reports for the team
- Help manage and update the Client Portal app, ensuring it runs smoothly
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling documents
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to the CRM system and Client Portal, escalating where necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
- To undertake other duties, within the competence of the post holder, as may be reasonably required from time to time
About You
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and be customer focused
- Ability to provide an efficient and friendly service to internal and external customers
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to drive to our offices – mileage is paid
