Our client are a company who provide software for waste, street cleansing and other front line municipal services. Currently 1 in 4 UK council waste departments use their systems making them the market leader, continually innovating in both technology and services.

They have this exciting new role as they expand their services to local authorities, helping them to design modern, safe and efficient waste collection services.

Waste service planner

The Company's technical consultants, software engineers and professional services staff are working with more councils than ever before and we are looking for experienced service planners to continue our growth.

The Role

  • Supporting delivery of service design and route optimisation projects
  • Leading client relationships alongside our account managers
  • Maintaining project documentation including project plan and RAID
  • Regular client liaison, inc. progress updates and risk management
  • Continuous improvement of processes and outputs
  • Managing data requirements

About You

  • Some experience of municipal waste collection, routing software or service redesign or similar environment (e.g. utilities, field service)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Full driving licence
  • Availability to travel to customer sites UK wide as required
