Our client, a leading manufacturer and installation business for specialist surfacing products, are growing their team with a Sales Lead Generator.

With excellent communication skills, this person will support the sales team by generating leads for them through any available methods including social platforms, customer engagement, telephone appointment making and general marketing routes.

The Role

Interaction with followers on social platforms. Replying to likes / follows and engaging with any people who show interest in the company and its content
Using databases of potential clients to contact and arrange appointments. This could be with architects, building companies or the general public
Being aware of all products and promoting through the various resources available
Supporting the sales teams by creating content for marketing and sharing ideas on best promotional activities
Consistently trying to engage with new clients and followers to increase the brand awareness of the business
Admin and generally helping out as and when needed in what is a very close-knit team

About You

Ideally, the candidate will have a good working knowledge of all social media platforms and the best ways to promote and engage when using these. They will also have a keen eye for successful marketing strategies and be able to introduce, suggest and implement them. As well as this, a desire to sell and achieve set targets through appointment making, so resilience, ambition and someone self-driven is necessary.
Full training on the products will be provided but due to this role being a very much work alone position, we are looking for a self-starter and someone capable of motivating themselves regularly with minimal supervision.
