When Juice Personnel was founded over 20 years ago, our directors, Kelly Smith and Lynn Mortimer, pledged to deliver a refreshingly different approach to recruitment. Mutual understanding, honesty, integrity and quality are the values that underpinned our ethos back then, and this remains true today.
We’ve placed thousands of temporary, interim and permanent candidates and know the commercial, logistics and industrial industries inside out. The depth of knowledge within our team gives us the freedom to put people ahead of positions, with some client relationships spanning 30+ years.
Our reputation is built on the integrity with which we act. We know what’s required to fill vacancies in our sectors, but rather than ‘plugging gaps’, we build lasting, often career-defining, relationships.
