The Role

Conduct routine maintenance services on Land Rover vehicles, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in Land Rover vehicles, using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on Land Rover vehicles.
Stay updated with the latest Land Rover technologies, service bulletins, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair procedures clearly and professionally.

About You

Secondary education qualifications or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training programme preferred.
Certification as a Land Rover Technician or Master Technician highly desirable.
Experience working as an automotive technician, with a focus on Land Rover vehicles.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
