The Role

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Uploading advertisements to the company website, ensuring they are properly formatted and positioned for maximum visibility
Sharing advertisements on various social media. Tailoring the content and format of the advertisements to suit each platform's audience and posting requirements
Inventory tracking
Invoicing
Assist in organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintain contact lists and assist with correspondence
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Other duties as assigned by management

About You

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
They use a system called Click Dealer
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and confidentiality
