The Role

Temp Role – up to 6 weeks (Immediate start)
Pay: £11.44 p/h (increasing to £12.21 from 1st April)
Full time: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a half-hour lunch break
Location: Wakefield, WF4 – Grangemoor
Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
Issuing confirmation letters and bulk text message reminders
Completing and maintaining spreadsheets related to job information
Updating system notes with booking details
Monitoring a shared mailbox and handling incoming queries
Reviewing subcontractor paperwork and assigning details to the system

About You

Computer literate
Basic Excel knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Some scheduling experience or the ability to work in an organised manner
