Due to continued success, our award-winning, dynamic Client with a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms is seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) to further strengthen the team and build upon achievements. The Role

Provide expert legal counsel to clients both regionally and internationally, advising on various aspects of corporate law
Handle a wide range of corporate transactions including share and asset sales/purchases, mergers, demergers, corporate restructures, share buybacks, shareholder agreements, share incentive schemes, partnership agreements, investments, secured lending, and company constitutional activities
Work closely with clients from diverse sectors, including but not limited to, the video games industry, leveraging your expertise to address their specific legal needs
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional legal services and achieve client objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and provide strategic guidance to clients

About You

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Corporate law, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of UK Corporate law and regulations
Demonstrated experience working closely with clients from diverse sectors, with a particular emphasis on the video games industry
Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting equality of opportunity
